Update from Your RV Workers On Wheels Newsletter Editor

Bob and I continue on our way back to Alaska. We've stopped along the way to spend time with our mothers. Living in the RV certainly makes that much easier. My mother lives in the nursing home. Bob's mom lives in a condo that doesn't allow pets, and she is allergic to cats. Since we are in the motorhome, those things are not problems.

Wherever you are in your work and travels, we wish you joy and prosperity,

Coleen

JR Watkins - A Location Independent Business for RVers

Bob and I have been selling JR Watkins products since 2005. People love the vanilla, cinnamon, and pepper, the old time remedies, and the natural skin care products - and that makes it easy to sell. The business is extremely flexible. You do as much or as little as you want. No minimum orders. They'll drop-ship the products for you. Work the business wherever your RV travels take you -- USA or Canada. See the product catalog and learn more.

Working RVer Tip - "Thank You!"

Two little words can help you find and keep a job: thank you. Express your appreciation sincerely. And, often. Business owners and supervisors are human. Even the most curmudgeonly ones. A simple and genuine, "Thank you," has great impact.

Working RVer Tip - You Are on the Job to Work

Work camping jobs are… well, jobs. Employers want you to understand that they hire you to work. You'll need to work, regardless of how fun the job or how beautiful the area. You'll be earning money (and/or saving on your RV site rental costs). And for that, your employer or volunteer agency supervisor expects that you perform your assigned duties.

Earn Your Living with a Blog or Website

A blog or website is yet another way to earn a living without being tied to one location. Your blog can be about most anything. Picking a topic that you enjoy can make it seem more like fun than work. Still, you have to figure out a way to make money with it. If you'd like to see some examples of how of how others are going about it, see the case studies on SiteBuildIt!

Working RVer Tip - Jobs for the General Public Are Jobs for RVers

Jobs open to the general public are also open to RVers. However, the reverse is not always true. Some jobs are exclusively for RVers, usually because they require you to provide your own on-site living accommodations in a recreational vehicle.
