Update from Your RV Workers On Wheels Newsletter Editor

All of the jobs for RVers featured in this issue were posted either yesterday or Friday. We welcome new businesses who are starting the year by listing their work openings with us. And, we thank those companies who are returning to use our service again this year. Please take a moment to tell a campground manager, temp agency, tourist attraction, or other business owner who hires seasonal workers about our Workers On Wheels website, and that they are welcome to post their Help Wanted ads with us at no charge. The submission form is here.

The New Year started off with a blast -- and a whirrrrrr, pop, and bang. And, explosions of color! Our parking site was near a fireworks stand. They made sure we had entertainment all evening and into the wee hours of the New Year. We had a great view from the comfort of our motorhome.

We've decided to stick around Cajun country a while longer. Last evening, we got a head start on celebrating my birthday -- it is today. We feasted at Richard's Seafood Patio in Abbeville, LA. The fresh crawfish are in, and there was a waiting line to get some.

Wherever you are in your work and travels, we wish you joy and prosperity,

Coleen

Working RVer Tip - Counting the Hours

When you look at the campground jobs that list the number of hours of work per week, read carefully. Some state the total number of hours, then explain that part of those hours are to pay for your RV site and part are for an hourly wage. Some state the total number of work hours expected per RV site. Others state the number of work hours per person.
