Update from Your RV Workers On Wheels Newsletter Editor

Job postings are rolling in already this month. Some are looking for people to start work immediately, to finish off this winter season. Others are advertising to fill summer openings. We also have some ads looking for RVers who would like permanent campground or resort positions.

I hope your year is off to an excellent start.

Remember, in between newsletters, you can find the newest job postings here.

Wherever you are in your work and travels, we wish you joy and prosperity,

Coleen

Working RVer Tip

If campground managers ask for a photo of your rig as part of the hiring process, they probably want to see that it is clean and neat looking.

The Jerky Business Is Simple - Give It a Try

If you've considered joining us in the jerky business, now is the right time to start. It's inexpensive and there's no long-term commitment. It costs you about $15, which includes two bags of jerky that you can eat or sell. That's less than a lot of people spend on those fancy coffee drinks in a single day. It's probably less than you spend for one night at a campground! Contact me if you have questions, or sign up on my jerky website.

Blogging as an Income Source

Does the topic have to be something you are interested in? Technically, no. You can blog about anything. But, will you? To be a professional blogger, you do need to be making a profit doing it. And to do that, you typically need to write and post often. If you aren't interested in your subject matter, just how often are you going to write about it? Read more here.

Working RVer Tip

If you provide a service where your customers physically come to you, use fill-in-the-blank business cards to help them find you. Leave room on your business cards to write in your current location. That allows you to customize them as you move from RV park to RV park.

Another Location Independent Business for RVers - Sell Watkins Products

Bob and I have been selling JR Watkins products since 2005, though the company has been around since 1868 (yes, more than 140 years!). People love the vanilla, cinnamon, and pepper, the old time remedies, and the natural skin care products - and that makes it easy to sell. It's extremely flexible. You do as much or as little as you want. No monthly purchase required. Work the business wherever your RV travels take you. Enrollment fee is $19.95. Find out more about it here. (You should see my name, Coleen Sykora, and ID #362289 on that page.)
